Get Out and Explore

The Hall of Fame is the obvious starting point, but Cooperstown has plenty to fill the days around the games. Walk the exhibits at the Heroes of Baseball Wax Museum on Main Street, then rent a kayak and spend an afternoon on Otsego Lake. Rail Explorers runs pedal bikes along a scenic stretch of old track just outside town. In the evenings, Brewery Ommegang is worth the short drive for a Belgian ale on the farm.
