How It Works
1. Book your stay
Reserve through Cooperstown Stay or any major platform. The primary guest on the reservation will handle the agreement.
2. Check your inbox
Your confirmation email includes a link to the rental agreement and details on the refundable damage deposit.
3. Sign digitally
The whole thing takes a few minutes. Once signed, a fully executed copy goes straight to your email.
Rental Agreement
Every reservation with Cooperstown Stay requires the primary guest to sign a rental agreement, regardless of which platform you booked through. It covers house rules, damage deposit details, and any property-specific terms.
