All properties follow a universal cancellation policy.

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival

• Guest receives 90% refund of rental payment(s) paid to date
• Cancellation fee: 10% of rental fees paid to date
• Applies regardless of cancellation reason
• Applies to Direct and VRBO bookings

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

Direct Bookings (CooperstownStay.com): No refund unless the property is re-booked. If re-booked, guest receives 90% of rental payment(s) paid to date. Cancellation fee: 10% of rental fees paid to date.

VRBO Bookings: No refund. Cancellation fee: 10% of rental fees paid to date.

Other Platforms: No refund less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Airbnb Reservations

Airbnb booking cancellations are subject to the individual platform's rules and regulations. Airbnb's 'Super Strict' option is the closest match to Cooperstown Stay's cancellation policy.

• Guests receive 50% refund if cancelled up until 30 days prior to arrival
• No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
• No relocations offered for Airbnb reservations

Relocation Policy

Relocations are available for Direct Bookings with CooperstownStay.com only.

• Relocations are accepted 30 or more days prior to the reserved arrival date
• No cancellation fee and no relocation fee for qualifying relocations
• Relocations must be arranged by phone at 607-547-6260
• No relocations available for VRBO or Airbnb reservations
