Direct

30+ days before arrival: 90% refund of payments made (10% cancellation fee applies). Less than 30 days: no refund unless the property is re-booked, in which case 90% is returned.

VRBO

30+ days before arrival: 90% refund of payments made (10% cancellation fee applies). Less than 30 days: no refund. No relocations for VRBO reservations.

Airbnb

Subject to Airbnb platform rules. 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival. No refund within 30 days. No relocations offered for Airbnb reservations.

House Rules & Rental Agreement

Standard Property Rules

  • No pets

  • No smoking

  • Guest must obey the stated maximum occupancy

  • No team parties or large gatherings unless otherwise noted

  • Additional house rules are sent to guests and posted in the rental property

Rental Agreement

Every reservation requires the primary guest to sign a rental agreement, regardless of which platform you booked through. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to review and sign. The agreement is signed digitally and a fully executed copy is sent to the email address provided.
