Trout Brook Unit 4

The view from the deck and ability to walk right to the lake was amazing, very relaxing and quiet. Tom was a very gracious host and we couldn't have asked for more. Our family came in for Cooperstown and the drive along the lake was beautiful and easy to get to DreamsPark, perfect place to stay if you want to "get away" while being close enough to baseball. The place itself was extremely clean and a great set up for families. Hoping to be back again in a few years!

This is the perfect place to book when your son is playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Tom is very nice and very informative and explains everything you need to know about the unit you’re staying in and the surrounding area. First off, the lake and the view is absolutely beautiful! The unit has everything you need in the kitchen, as well as linens for the bedrooms and towels for the bathrooms. We were a little uneasy with the 28 minute drive to the park, but really it wasn’t that bad and we enjoyed the beautiful scenic drive every time. Yes you will be busy with your schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park, but we were lucky enough to be able to check out our player and have some free time during the week to fish and take the kayaks out. Truly a great place to stay!

Pictures do not do this place justice. Personal greeting upon arrival adds quite the personal touch. View is incredible. House is roomy and extremely clean! Easy and beautiful 25 min drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Highly recommended staying here!
