Breezy Meadow Two

We had a great time staying in Breezy Meadow Two. Wendy and Dennis were excellent hosts. We were there during the World Cup final and knew we had time between baseball games to watch it. However, the internet was intermittent and not working well. With Wendy's help (she's the main point of contact), Dennis purchased and installed an extender that solved the problem within 24 hours. The little bungalow is perfect for a couple or family with one child. I would not recommend it for two couples. The location is superb for those going to Dreams Park as it's a 3-4 minute drive from the main entrance. This was helpful as weather is inconsistent. Any rain delay meant we could go back to Breezy Meadow and relax (and stay dry!) before returning to the field. It was super clean and had the exact amenities that one needs for a short stay. Thanks again for being excellent hosts and we would stay here in a heartbeat again!

Rental was ready as described. Just a mile from Dreams Park, perfect for going to and from during rain delays. Kitchen fully stocked; bath towels etc were good; bed linens fresh. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us grandparents. Overlooked a lovely scenic area.

Breezy Meadows 2 was perfect for our Cooperstown stay. Mere minutes from the baseball field, clean and comfortable. The little extras provided such as pantry items, laundry facilities with detergent, and a gas grill that fired up on the first try, were greatly appreciated! We found the bed to be comfortable, and small touches like nice towels and brand new patio cushions were indicators that the property is well maintained. It was convenient to be able to cook meals in instead of eating every meal out. Fridge and stove were just big enough to accommodate a week’s worth of groceries. We were here for Cooperstown baseball but will definitely return, as the area is beautiful (including their sprawling back yard!) and there is lots to do nearby. 30 minutes from Gilbert State Park, 10-15 min drive to several breweries, and the Rail Explorers trail runs right through the back yard. Highly recommend this property.
