What to Know Before You Search
Which Tournament?
There are several tournaments in and around Cooperstown. Confirm with your coach which one you're competing in, and make sure the lodging you book is close to your specific park.
Your Assigned Week
Each team is given a specific tournament week. Match your arrival and departure dates to that window exactly. Use our Baseball Tournament Schedule as a guide.
Who Is Coming?
Confirm your headcount before you start searching. Many families say they'll come but not everyone makes it. Know your numbers before opening day so you're not holding space you don't need.
Proximity to Teammates
Decide early whether families will book separately or share one large home. Two or three families in one house splits the cost and keeps the team together off the field.
Type of Lodging
We have private homes, waterfront properties, apartments, rooms, and group cottages. Options range from small suites to large lakefront homes sleeping 12 or more.
Booking Process
Teams don't always know their week until it's assigned. We have an opening day when accommodations become available. Getting on our list early gives you the best shot at your first choice.

“Our cabin was in the perfect location; close to Cooperstown Dreams Park, restaurants, grocery store, etc. A few families from our team rented out the cabins & we really enjoyed the “compound” feeling of the property. Fire pit was a big hit all around & the kids enjoyed the basketball court & arcade. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable & roomy. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch & enjoying the quiet, peaceful environment. The sky was so clear & the stars were so bright. Would highly recommend Home Run cabins to any future baseball families! Good luck to you all!”

“We recently stayed at these accommodations and had a great time. The units were clean and convenient to Dreams Park. It would have been nice to have some cookie pans or baking supplies but overall the kitchen had the basic items for the week. I would definitely recommend these cabins and if booking as part of a team it was great to have multiple units.”
